This event took place on 9 April 2023 as planned and six (6) winners completed it and were awarded prizes. Afterwards we had a drop party in the Fallador Party Room with some extra things for fun :) Hope everyone enjoyed it! The winners are listed blow with their prizes!

There's problems in Gielinor and the Easter Bunny is hopping mad! The rabbit workers have been trying to expand the size of their production burrow to meet growing output goals. Digging deep beneath the earth they've been excavating large chambers and tunnels to accommodate equipment and supplies. Recently they accidentally hit a vein of metal ore. Digging to following this obnoxious (to them) material they managed to open up an entrance into one of the Dwarven mines' many undocumented branches! Suddenly they found themselves in a network of tremendous chambers with more room than they could ever have hopped for.

The Rabbit workers need the space but the Dwarven miners, who apparently collect this metal stuff (and who were here first), are concerned that the hop-hazard digging going on could destabilize their structures and pose a significant danger to their operations.

At this point it has almost come down to a fight…something must be done or this could get hare-raising!

It is thanks to the eggs-cellent efforts of the wizard Traiborn (in one of his more lucid moments) that a summit conference has been called to work out a truce between the two sides. In exchange for certain gifts and technology the Easter Bunny will order his workers to re-seal the tunnel into the Dwarven mines and instead relocate their planned expansion to an island far in the eastern sea.

There's just one problem…

Traiborn seems to have misplaced the encrypted communique specifying exactly what objects the four Gnome ambassadors were supposed to bring! Talking with him is no help as he seems to have no recollection of what's going on at all!

Fortunately, while trying to help Traiborn find his notes, the other wizards of the Wizards' Tower Council have managed to uncover some clues…

This is what the wizards are saying:

• Wizard Sedridor says: “I'm egg-cited to report that I have discovered that the encrypted communique was lost in a dungeon.”
• Professor Onglewip says: “I've figured out that the dungeon and the communique can be found by searching a map of one of the DUNGEONS marked with a on THIS map!
• Wizard Mizgog says: ”I've reached the conclusion that the communique is mostly likely in the form of an egg-ceptionally clever puzzle box.“
• Wizard Grayzag says: ”I'm uncovering clues as to where the Easter Bunny is waiting. These will be announced in the 2009Scape CC beginning in one hour as I uncover them!
• Wizard Jalarast says: “I've found a wordsearch puzzle in Traiborn's notes and have posted it to forums! Apparently this will tell you where to find the riddle as to what you need to wear to claim a prize! Be sure to look for my post and make sure you're dressed correctly when you arrive to claim your prize!”

Stay tuned to CC “2009Scape” to hear and figure out the location clues as they are broadcast!

Can you solve the cipher, obtain the items, figure out the location clues -and- deliver the items to the correct place in time? You only have 1 hour to solve these puzzles and riddles! At that point location clues will start to be broadcast in the CC!
