Agility

Agility is a skill that provides access to various shortcuts and helps determine the rate at which your run energy is depleted and restored. Training Agility allows you to navigate the world faster and is therefore very recommended.

Training

Levels Course Notes
1-30 Gnome Agility Course This can currently be accessed quickly through the Grand Exchange spirit tree.
30-52 Agility Pyramid The plank obstacle should be repeated as it provides great experience rates. Higher hp is recommended.
52-99 Wilderness Agility Course Be aware that this course is located in the Wilderness.

Alternative Methods

1-30/52 Edgeville Dungeon Monkey Bars Easily accessed. Need food because of monsters. Risk of poison. 12,000
1-52 Nature Grotto Bridge Requires access to Morytania and Nature Spirit started. Minimal intensity but bring inventory of food for fails, especially lower levels 18,000

Talk to Islwyn inside the elven woods of Isafdar.

Requirements

* Regicide (Unneeded: Not yet implemented) * Waterfall * The ability to defeat a level 84 Moss Giant without weapons, armour, runes, summoning, or prayer
